10	Reasons for Amendment

Reasons for Amendment : As per the Conditions of EC letter method of mining is restricted to manual and restricted to bullock cart transportation, Due to Covid-19 the lease has not been executed. The expected demand for Sand is much higher than the probable supply, which could not be met out from the existing quarries of the state. Hence the rate of supply needs to be increased to satisfy the huge demand from the public and Government projects as well. This can only done through Machinery loading and general Transport.
