 Reasons for Corrigendum : We have submitted plot plan approval obtained from MIDC mentioning total plot area 1,32,686 M2 and green belt area of 43,980.0 M2 (33%). However, in issued EC in Specific Condition - B) SEIAA Condition - Point No.1 condition it is mentioned that PP submitted that they have obtained plan approval from MIDC dated 27.09.2022 for plot area is 1,32,686 M2 and green belt area of 1,32,686 M2 (33%) is provided. As it is inadvertently error mentioned for green belt area. So, herewith we request you correct the green belt area as 43,980.0 M2 which is 33% of total plot area as per the requirement & oblige us.
