10	Reasons for Amendment

Reasons for Amendment : As per the EC Conditions, the Mining operation is restricted to Manual mining and transportation by Bullock Cart. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation Lease has not executed. Now the TN Government has decided to resume the Sand quarry operation to fulfill the state sand demand. The rate of supply needs to be increased. This can only be done through Machinery Loading and general transportation. Hence please amend the EC.
