The terrain of the site is flat in nature with moderate depression in very few areas, which would be utilized during construction in line with natural topography/contour.

Yes Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) / Sewage Treatment Plant will be set up for treatment of effluents / sewage generated in the complex. Primary, Secondary and Tertiary treatment units will be provided in the ETP on site, treated effluent to the tune of 90 % will be recycled for cooling tower and remaining 10% is forwarded to HSIIDC ETP. Seismic Zone IV, which is classified as having a fairly high probability of earthquake shocks of magnitude 5 to 6 on the Richter scale and low probability of shocks of 6 to 7 on the Richter scale. The wind/cyclone hazard is of moderate risk. However, adequate structural precautions shall be taken as per NBC for high rise buildings.
