MSW will be managed by installing onsite mechanical composter and biomedical waste will be disposed as per BIOMEDICAL WASTE (MANAGEMENT & HANDLING) RULES 1998, Amended in 2000. 322 KLD liquid waste will be generated during operational phase. it will be treated in FAb based STP (Existing 150 KL and Proposed 200 KL)

The emission from DG sets will bedischarged through a stack of 3.6 mt. for each of the 320 kVA DG set, 3.9 mt. for the 380 KVA DG set and 4.5 mt stack for each 500 kVA DG set.Fuel required for DG sets will be around 323 litre/hr diesel, which will be low sulphur diesel

The vehicles carrying construction materials will ply during non - peak hours. During operational phase the vehicles to be used by the residents will have valid PUC certificate. Traffic movement inside the premises will be controlled by the security personnel and the average speed will be maintained at 10-15 km/hr.

No As per the earthquake zonation of India, the proposed site falls under seismic zone III which is referred as moderate risk zone. Thus the possibility and severity of the experiencing the earthquake apparently decreases. The structure is designed with due consideration of concrete design and durability, seismic action, imposed load and wind action as per prevalent IS Code 456-2000, 1893-2002 and IS 875 respectively.
