Yes We had acquired land area of 7100 Sq. m for developing Group Housing Project at Patrakar Colony Mansarovar, Village – Dholai, Tehsil - Sanganer Distt.- Jaipur (Rajasthan) of M/s Raheja Design & Contract Limited. The drawings for 25,368.49 sq.m. of the built up area was approved by JDA and RPCB granted the exemption from Environment Clearance vide letter no. RPCB/RO, JPR(s)/GEN./17/224 and the construction started for the same. Now, the project planning has expanded and we propose to add 6,257.
1.6 Demolition works? No No demolition work was required for proposed project.
1.7 Temporary sites used for construction works or housing of construction workers? Yes All the construction activity including stocking of raw materials had been confined within the project site. No labour hutments are proposed as local labors had been hired from nearby area. Sanitation and other requisite facilities had been developed at site for labour.

Domestic wastes: Approximately, 425 kg/day domestic solid waste (Residential Population: & Floating Population) is estimated to be generated from the project activity; this has been collected from designated locations and segregated into inorganic and organic wastes. 4.7 Construction or demolition wastes Yes The construction waste has consist of excess earth and construction debris along with cement bags, steel in bits and pieces, insulating and packaging materials etc. Recyclable waste construction materials have been be sold to recyclers. Unusable and excess construction debris had been disposed at designated places in tune with the local norms.
