We had acquired land area of 7100 Sq. m for developing Group Housing Project at Patrakar Colony Mansarovar, Village – Dholai, Tehsil - Sanganer Distt.- Jaipur (Rajasthan) of M/s Raheja Design & Contract Limited. The drawings for 25,368.49 sq.m. of the built up area was approved by JDA and RPCB granted the exemption from Environment Clearance vide letter no. RPCB/RO, JPR(s)/GEN./17/224 and the construction started for the same. Now, the project planning has expanded and we propose to add 6,257.

All the construction activity including stocking of raw materials had been confined within the project site. No labour hutments are proposed as local labors had been hired from nearby area. Sanitation and other requisite facilities had been developed at site for labour.

The total 12466.0 cum excavated earth material generate during construction utilized at the site for leveling, backfilling and green area development.
