1.5 Construction works? Yes Construction of 704 Units utilizing latest Prefab technology will be done systematically with Green Building GRIHA Council (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) and economy of materials.
1.6 Demolition works? Yes The existing 35 Nos. of old building will be Demolished in the existing land area. Demolished Certificate is attached as Annexure 4. The demolition waste will be collected and disposed through MSTC (Metal Scrap Trade Corporation) as well guidelines issued by cantonment board and suitable agency will be deployed through MSTC

5.1 Emissions from combustion of fossil fuels from stationary or mobile sources Yes Construction Phase: Movement of construction vehicles like lorries, trucks, dumpers, roller, excavator, HVM, etc would result in air pollution. During the operation phase, the movement of vehicles in and around the project site also increases the emission load. All vehicles used during construction phase will have PUC certificate. 6.1 From operation of equipment e.g. engines, ventilation plant, crushers Yes Construction Phase: The machinery which will be used for construction will be of highest standard of reputed make and will adhere to international standards. Hence insignificant impacts due to construction machinery are envisaged. Operation Phase: Source of noise in the operational phase will be DG sets and vehicular sources only. The DG sets will be in operation during power failure duration only. Moreover, the DG room shall be acoustically enclosed.

6.5 From construction or operational traffic Yes Construction phase: During construction phase construction materials will be transported by road, through well maintained vehicles to control noise, vibration and emissions. Operation Phase: During operational phase traffic noise and emissions will be increased slightly that will be minimized by paving roads with asphalt / concrete, well maintained vehicles, slow movement of vehicles and by planting trees. Noise modeling contour report is attached as an Annexure 12.

6.7 From any other sources Yes Since the project site is located near to Airport and Railway line. Noise modelling report is attached as Annexure 12. The intensity of noise within the site will be reduced by providing adequate green cover.

No The area under study falls in Zone-III (moderate) according to the Indian Standard Seismic Zoning Map. The structure is designed to be earthquake resistant. Flood: The site was affected in 2015 flood. Suitable measures are incorporated in design stage.
