All operators & maintenance personnel concerned with the plant will be given data sheets for hazardous chemicals and to be trained to combat any leakage spillage, etc. Proper storage facilities will be provided to prevent the risk of contamination.

The total water requirement is 152 KLD, Fresh water requirement is 76 KLD will be met from ground water in house bore wells. The total recycled water is 76 KLD Existing: HTDS effluent generation is 32 KLD from Process and washing and will be stripped Stripper effluents for forced evaporation in MEE followed by ATFD. Condensate from MEE shall be routed to LTDS effluents for filtration in RO. RO permeate recycled for utilities and RO rejects to MEE followed by Nutch filter/ Centrifuge salts

Air control measures installed at site like cyclone separator followed by bag filter, chimney stack as per recommendation of CPCB and for effluent ZLD system will be maintained.
