6.NAAs per minutes of 43rd meeting of EAC, deferred the project for want of following information: 1) Revised damage assessment cost as suggested during the meeting shall be assessed. Remediation, Natural and Community resource Augmentation plan is related to the EMP activities and confined to project site, therefore activities under all the three plan shall be revised for outside he project area. 2) Remediation, Natural and Community resource augmentation plan shall be prepared for three with monitorible capital investments 3) Rework on the table for monitoring stations w.r.t to predominant wind direction and accordingly incremental load shall be assessed using modelling tools. 4) Safety measures for water bodies in the vicinity of the mine lease area with details of safety zone for near habitation, agriculture and water bodies. 5) Rework on the dumpling plan with details of garland drain and toe wall etc. 6) Details of peripheral plantation shall be submitted. 7) Monitorible Physical targets w.r.t the issues raised during Public Hearing shall be identified and incorporated under EMP. 8) Issues raised during the Public Hearing shall be tabulated alogwith the compliance submitted in response. 9) Details for reclamation of external dumps. 10) Details of transportation of mineral. 10 Mar 2021
