EC for expansion was granted on 14th February, 2022 for increase in production capacity from 13 MTPA to 15.6 MTPA under OM dated 15.09.02017 (with exemption in Public Hearing- 20% expansion) with following condition: (iv) PP shall implement in-pit conveyor system with silo loading facility till railway siding and No road transportation shall be allowed after December, 2022 and accordingly, SPCB shall not grant CTO for road transportation after December, 2022 2. PP has also obtained amendment in EC on 12th January, 2023 with certain terms and conditions related to fleet size, which also includes the condition that: No further expansion in production capacity to this project shall be granted till the compliance of EC conditions dated 14.02.2022 and MoEF&CC granted this EC amendment for complying the condition till October, 2023. 3. Further, there is court case (no. OA 236/2022) and as per the Order of the Hon’ble NGT dated 30.03.2022. PP may submit the application with certified compliance report of EC dated 12.01.2023 from IRO with action taken report and status of para-3.	01 Feb 2023
