Reasons for Amendment
Reasons for Amendment :
Environmental Clearance has been granted vide above referred letters in the name of Larson & Toubro Ltd. for Building construction project namely L & T Knowledge City at various survey nos. of Village Bapod, Ankhol and Hanumnapura of Vadodara district of Gujarat. Now, our entire land parcel is fragmented / split into three different parts as under due to denotification of certain part of project land from IT/ITES SEZ by Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India through SO-403 (E) dated 08/02/2017, SO-6046 (E) dated 23/12/2022. Hence, we intend to split the EC in following components : 1. L&T Knowledge City (IT/ITES SEZ) 2. L&T Knowledge City (Non- SEZ area, Part 1) 3. L&T Knowledge City (Non- SEZ area, Part 2)
