 Reasons for Amendment : Proposed project Proponent consultant start the application for tor (proposal no SIA/BR/MIN/425938/2023) was uploaded on parivesh portal 2.0 dated 13.04.2023 from the wrong pan card linked user id from which the TOR was granted on 03.05.2023. Proposed project applied for TOR amendment (Proposal No SIA/BR/MIN/301949/2023) on 06.07.2023 from the correct PAN card linked registered user ID and subsequently, Tor was amended on 21.09.2023. TOR was amended with respect to corrected PAN card, The project proponent was unable to completed the application for EC ie Part C from the corrected PAN card, as the proposal No SIA/BR/MIN/453448/2023 was not linked with this corrected ID on the parivesh 2.0 portal.
