1.4 Pre-construction investigations e.g. bore houses, soil testing? Yes Soil investigation of the site is executed .The soil investigation report is as attached in Annexure I. Geotechnical investigation was conducted at NeST Hi-Tek Park site from 13/04/2022 to 26/04/2022 and followed by necessary laboratory studies. Eight borehole locations were investigated by taking 150 mm boreholes up to hard strata (17.2 m) below existing ground level. The analysis summary of the geotechnical investigation of the site NeST Hi-Tek Park are as follows
