1.23 Abstraction or transfers of water from ground or surface waters? Yes Total Fresh Water requirement of the project will be ~95 KLD. During operational phase, water demand will be supplied by existing IPH scheme near at project site.
1.24 Changes in water bodies or the land surface affecting drainage or run-off? No Runoff will increase due to increased paved surface. However, increased runoff will be managed by well-designed rainwater harvesting system and storm water management plan.
1.25 Transport of personnel or materials for construction, operation or decommissioning? Yes • Transport of personnel/material during construction and operation phase are envisaged. Parking space within the project site for loading and unloading of materials is provided. • Construction materials like steel, aggregates, sand and cement is being sourced through local retailers and transported by road. • During operation phase sufficient car parking area are provide in order to cater the increase traffic load.
1.26 Long-term dismantling or decommissioning or restoration works? No No long term dismantling or decommissioning or restoration work will be involved.
1.27 Ongoing activity during decommissioning which could have an impact on the environment? No No decommissioning activity is involved; Hence, there will occur no impact on the environment by the proposed project.
1.28 Influx of people to an area in either temporarily or permanently? No 100 Local laborers from nearby area will be employed during the construction phase. In the operation phase, there will be an influx of 764 persons in the form of guests & visitors.

During the power failure 3 DG sets having capacity 1500 KVA (3×500 KVA) will be provided.

4 Production of solid wastes during construction or operation or decommissioning (MT/month)

5.1 Emissions from combustion of fossil fuels from stationary or mobile sources Yes The project does not envisage any major air pollution sources except operation of DG sets (3×500 KVA) during power failure and vehicular traffic. The emission from stationary sources (D.G. sets) has been predicated. The DG sets will be the only source of air emission used during the operation phase in case of power failure. The DG stacks of adequate height (as per CPCB norms) will be provided to disperse the pollutant generated from D.G. sets. The pollution generated from the vehicular movement
5.2 Emissions from production processes No No production processes are involved as it is a construction of Hotel & Resort. Hence, there will be no such emissions.
5.3 Emissions from materials handling including storage or transport Yes Fugitive emissions will be generated during material handling, transportation of material, etc. Movement of vehicles like MPV, trucks will generate dust from unpaved surface of the road. Regular water sprinklers on roads will be done to suppress the dust particles. Only Pollution under control certificates of vehicles will be used during construction activity.
5.4 Emissions from construction activities including plant and equipment Yes This will be restricted to the construction phase and the construction site only. Fugitive dust emissions during construction phase will be there for which proper enclosures shall be made to prevent impact on neighboring area. Emission from engine exhaust of construction machines is also anticipated.
5.5 Dust or odours from handling of materials including construction materials, sewage and waste Yes Dust is anticipated during loading and unloading of construction material and excavation of upper earth surface. These will however be temporary in nature, which will be controlled by providing water sprinklers. Tarpaulin cover will be provided on stored loose materials to reduce the dust emission. Minimal odor is anticipated from STP that would be based on extended aeration system.
5.6 Emissions from incineration of waste No Not applicable. There will not be any incineration of waste is proposed.
5.7 Emissions from burning of waste in open air (e.g. slash materials, construction debris) No Open burning of biomass/other material will be prohibited on site as this is a construction of residential project.

6 Generation of Noise and Vibration, and Emissions of Light and Heat:

6.1 From operation of equipment e.g. engines, ventilation plant, crushers Yes The machinery to be used for construction will be of high standard and will adhere to international standard. These standards itself take care of noise control/vibration control and air emission control. Hence, insignificant impacts due to the construction activities will be restricted to daytime only. The major source of noise will be the vehicular movement and the running of DG sets. The DG sets will be provided with acoustic enclosures to keep the noise level within the prescribed standards
