3.NAThe correction have been made as per the instruction received 06 Jul 2020
4.NAi) Copy of documents in support of the competence/authority of the person making the application is not correct rather covering letter was uploaded, ii) clear copy of Topo Sheet is to be uploaded as the same is not readable on zooming, iii) village name is not mentioned in the Form-II, iv) written comments in the PH is not translated to English, v) it has mentioned that 700 persons attend the PH but attendance sheet is only for 30-40 persons, iv) copy of application to obtain NOC from CGWA for withdrawal of water is not uploaded, v) how a stack height of 30 meters is maintained in DG set drawing and guidelines for the same needs to be submitted, vi) ESZ is mentioned within 1.5 km but protected area within 10 KM is nil the same needs to be verified, vii) FC application is mentioned as yet to be submitted in Form-II, the same is required to be provided/corrected, viii) tree cutting is mention as Nil justification for the same needs to be submitted, ix) environmental benefit is mentioned as prevention of illegal mining what about other environmental benefits of the project, x) mineral separation plant is mentioned in Form-II but the application is made only for schedule 1 (a) and even in the ToR and Form-1 there is no mention of benificiation plant. How it was added without obtaing the ToR for the same , xi) post mining land use needs to be checked, xii) list of Schedule-1 Species duly authenticated by Forest Dept. is not submitted by PP. The conservation plan needs to be prepared for Schedule-1 species as per the authenticated list and proof of its submission to CWLW needs to be submitted. Conservation plan should clearly mention the activities to be carried out and budget for the same, xiii) Complete original test report is not uploaded. 16 Jul 2020
