Major part of solid waste and liquid effluents waste is recycled back to the process. Only a small part of sludge filled in empty cement bags are dispatched to the authorized T.S.D.F i.e. U.P. Waste Management project, situated at Kanpur Dehat (U.P.). Negligible waste (approx. 45 kg per month) would be generated in profile sheet plant which will be sold off.

The earlier installed Steam turbine of 1.25 MW (rice husk based) shall be dismantled. Power connection from LESA for 1350 KVA has been taken. Solar power plant of 1.1 MW has been commissioned. Power required for proposed profile sheet plant and pulp processing plant would be 22.4 KW and 111.86 KW respectively which is included in the above. DG sets of 1250 KVA, 625 KVA and 200 KVA are available as stand by arrangement.
