Now the EPC contract has been terminated in 04/18 and open tender is called for to complete the balance works of the Project.

1.13 Production and manufacturing processes? Yes The powdered coal is burnt in the furnace to generate steam in the boiler. The steam generated in the boiler is expanded in the HP&LP turbines and power is generated in the generator which will be transmitted to grid through switchyard. The steam after expansion in the turbine is condensed in the condenser and condensed steam is recycled back to the boiler. As per the latest MoEF&CC norms ESP, FGD and SCR will be provided to maintain the pollution norms

Concrete roads inside the main plant area and black topping roads for peripheral area are preferred.
