After expansion, total 11963 Kg/day of solid waste shall be generated from the IT Park. at present 867 KLD of sewage is generated from the blocks which are operational and is treated in STP of 3200 KLD. After expansion, total generated sewage will be 1132 KLD which will be treated in already installed in-house Sewage Treatment Plant capacity of 3200 KLD.

No During Construction phase: The workers during construction phase were hired from nearby areas and hence no provision of long term housing was made. Only temporary shelters were provided. The same shall be followed for further construction also. During Operation Phase: As this is an IT Park, staff is needed in the commercial as well as IT units. Staff is from the nearby areas. Separate housing has not been provided. The same shall be followed for further blocks to be constructed.

Yes During Construction phase: Employment opportunities provided due to the project has led to better quality of life. this project had provided employment to about 150 no. of local labors during construction phase. The same shall be followed for further construction also. During Operation Phase: As it is a IT Park there are several services required which generates direct & indirect employment for the people of nearby area. The employment shall increase after expansion.

The same shall be followed for further construction also. During Operation Phase: The only source of emission in existing is from combustion of fuel of DG sets of capacity 31 X 2000 KVA & 2 x 1500 KVA. Hence, to avoid the emissions, stack height of 6 m above roof level for each D.G. sets has been provided meeting all the norms prescribed by CPCB.

5.3 Emissions from materials handling including storage or transport Yes Dust was generated during construction, from the movement of transport vehicles & other construction activities. The effect was restricted to construction phase only. Water sprinklers was used for dust suppression. Material was stored under Tarpaulin cover. 5.4 Emissions from construction activities including plant and equipment Yes RMC was used. Dust & emissions are generated during construction activities which were reduced by sprinkling of water in a specific time interval & timely maintenance schedule for machinery. Also the machines were kept shut down during idle period. The same shall be followed for further construction also.
5.5 Dust or odours from handling of materials including construction materials, sewage and waste Yes During loading & unloading of construction material dust was generated during construction phase. Water was sprinkled and tarpaulin cover was provided over stored raw material to reduce dust emission. The same shall be followed for further construction also. During Operation Phase: • In-house STP has been provided to treat wastewater. Proper ventilation has been provided in STP room. • On accumulation area, waste is being given to authorized vendor on daily basis. The same shall be followed

It has been estimated that during the construction period the average noise level is 70-75 dB (A) during peak construction hours. However, embankment was done to further prevent the noise pollution. The same shall be followed for further construction also.

Used oil generated is stored in HDPE drums and kept in covered rooms under lock and key and is being sold to authorized vendors only. Special care is being taken to prevent leakages and spills.
