Again, the Project Proponent vide letter dated 10.02.2023, 01.05.2023 and 07.08.2023 informed the Ministry stating that the authority & responsible of top management is not decided yet due to retirement of Managing Director. It is to informed that the authorized person must be present before the EAC to commit and to take any decision w.r.t. project proposal.
