5.3 Emissions from materials handling including storage or transport Yes Some dust will be generated from the movement of transport vehicles in plant area, although the plant shall have metallic/ cemented internal roads. Area shall be allocated for charging of raw materials. Sprinkling shall be done in areas where there will be necessity of dust suppression.
5.4 Emissions from construction activities including plant and equipment Yes Dust is likely to be generated from materials handling including transportation and construction activities. There will be also be NOx and SO2 emissions due to vehicular and machinery operation. Regularly ETP/STP treated water will be sprinkled to suppress dust/ gaseous emissions during this period.
5.5 Dust or odours from handling of materials including construction materials, sewage and waste Yes During loading & unloading of raw material dust is likely to be generated during construction phase. Water will be sprinkled and tarpaulin cover will be provided over stored raw material to reduce dust emission. Proper ducts & vent pipe has been provided in existing ETP to avoid odour. Area will be properly ventilated to avoid the odour.
