Apart from the set-up for Chemical Manufacturing on site, a dense Green Belt would be developed in consultation with the District Forest Officer (DFO) in project premises.

The effluent generated during manufacturing would be treated in segregation of effluent stream thereby achieving ‘ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE’ of the effluents. Salts would be dispatched to CHWTSDF.

5.1 Emissions from combustion of fossil fuels from stationary or mobile sources Yes Under proposed unit, One Steam boiler of 1 TPH and Two Thermic Fluid Heater 2 LKcal TPH each would be installed. LDO to the tune of 1 TPD and 60 Kg/hr would be used as fuel respectively. For Boiler and Thermic Fluid Heater Scrubber would be used as an Air Pollution Control Equipment (APC). Stacks with heights 16 M (each) would be installed for Boiler and Thermic Fluid Heater respectively. One D.G. Sets (512 KVA) would be installed in which HSD to the tune of 135 lit/hr would be used as fuel.
5.2 Emissions from production processes Yes Process emissions in the form of acidic, alkaline and solvent vapours is generated from proposed activity. The same would be taken care off through installation of scrubbers.
