Moreover, under existing project, the Industry has hire qualified doctors to carry out regular health checkups of every worker. Also, record w.r.t. same are maintained on site. Programs related to health and hygiene is arranged & workshops as well as seminar are conducted in industry to create awareness.

Moreover, After expansion of distillery, there would be a positive impact on the social and economic status of local people due to direct and indirect employment opportunities. 5.1 Emissions from combustion of fossil fuels from stationary or mobile sources Yes Under proposed distillery expansion, a boiler of 20 TPH shall be installed. Sp. wash (116 MT/D) + Coal (44 MT/D) would be used as fuel. APC - ESP followed by stack of 59 M.
5.2 Emissions from production processes Yes After expansion of distillery, from manufacturing there would be process emission in the form of CO2 76 MT/D. Same would be collected, purified, compressed and filled in cylinders & sold out for production of Beverages. Thus, no any problems to the surrounding area would be created due to the Air Pollution aspect.

Handling of alcohol will be done through closed & automatic system. Also, fire frightening system & Dyke walls will be provided around alcohol storage tank.
7.2 From discharge of sewage or other effluents to water or the land (expected mode and place of discharge) Yes Total effluent after expansion of distillery, Spent wash would be 720 CMD. The same shall be concentrated in evaporators. Further, the conc. spent wash 144 CMD shall be subjected to incineration in boiler. Other Effluents viz. spent leese 127 CMD, cooling tower b/d, boiler b/d, lab & washing 40 CMD will treat in CPU. Treated water - recycled & thereby achieving ZLD. Domestic effluent of 5 CMD treated in proposed STP.
7.3 By deposition of pollutants emitted to air into the land or into water No Under proposed expansion of distillery a incineration boiler would be installed. Same shall be provided with ESP as APC equipment followed by adequate stack height.
