No Total water requirement of proposed project will be 2660 KLD, which include 1639.0 KLD for fresh water requirement, and about 1021.0 KLD treated water shall be reused for the various purposes like horticulture & flushing. The source shall be HUDA. Waste water generated will be 2064 KLD which will be treated in on-site 5 STP’s of capacity 2485 KLD (200 X 1 +270 X 1 + 530 X 1 + 1165 X 1 + 320 X 1). During construction phase, water demand will be fulfilled from HUDA.
1.24 Changes in water bodies or the land surface affecting drainage or run-off? No Runoff will increase due to increased paved surface. However, increased runoff will be managed by well-designed rainwater harvesting system and storm water management plan.
1.25 Transport of personnel or materials for construction, operation or decommissioning? Yes Transport of personnel/material during construction and operation phase are envisaged. Adequate parking space within the project site for loading and unloading of materials will be provided. Adequate internal parking space will be provided during operational phase of the project to the occupants of the premises as well as additional parking will be provided for the visitors.
1.26 Long-term dismantling or decommissioning or restoration works? No No Long term dismantling or decommissioning or restoration work will be involved.

5.5 Dust or odours from handling of materials including construction materials, sewage and waste Yes Dust is anticipated during loading and unloading of construction material and excavation of upper earth surface and other construction activities. These will however be temporary in nature, which will be controlled by providing water sprinklers. Tarpaulin cover will be provided on stored loose materials to reduce the dust emission.
