Yes Total 215 laborers are working during the construction phase and hence the solid waste generation is 32 kg/day which is being disposed off at municipal solid waste site. Approx. 2133 Kg/day of solid waste shall be generated from the complex during operation phase. The total waste water generation from the complex shall be 361.2 KLD which will be treated in 4 STP’s of total capacity 638 KLD (250 KLD for Parcel A, 310 KLD for parcel B, 8 KLD for Parcel C & 70 KLD for Parcel D).
1.16 Facilities for long term housing of operational workers? No The workers during construction phase are hired from nearby areas and hence there is no need of providing long term housing. Only temporary shelters have been provided. As this is a Group Housing Colony, staff will only be needed in the Schools, club, convenient shopping for certain hours and as full-time guards for each building during operation phase. Other staff like servants or maintenance staff will be from the nearby areas. Separate housing may not be provided.

However, developer has been changed from M/s Oasis Buildhome Pvt. Ltd. to M/s Oasis Landmarks LLP. The proposed project is Revision in Environment clearance, due to change in planning, NON-FAR area is increasing & increase in 3 dwelling units which will not lead to increase in pollution load. Hence the land is not undeveloped or agricultural land.
2.2 Water (expected source & competing users) unit: KLD Yes Water during construction phase is being taken from tanker water supplier which supply treated water from STP of nearby area/HUDA STP. The ultimate source of water will be HUDA. After the Revision the total water requirement of the project will remain to be the same as previous, i.e., 497 KLD out of which 280 KLD will be fresh water. 217 KLD water requirement will be fulfilled by treated water for operation phase. Excess treated water of 124 KLD shall be discharged to sewer.

Dust & emissions are generated during construction activities which is being reduced by sprinkling of water in a specific time interval & timely maintenance schedule for machinery.
