Yes During construction phase, water has been obtained through Private water tankers During operation phase, water supply will be provided through the HUDA. About 589 KLD of fresh water will be required during operation phase of the project.
1.24 Changes in water bodies or the land surface affecting drainage or run-off? Yes Runoff will increase due to increased paved surface. However, increased runoff will be managed by well-designed rainwater harvesting system and storm water management plan.

Yes During the construction phase, about 15-20 trucks were estimated per week and the same will be required for the remaining construction Phase. Adequate parking space within the project site for loading and unloading of materials has been provided. Adequate parking space (1,655 ECS) will be provided for operational phase to the resident’s occupants of the premises.

No Local laborers from nearby area have been employed during the construction phase and will also be the same for the further construction phase. In the operation phase, most of the expected occupants will be from the surrounding areas. Hence, the project will lead to a redistribution of occupants within the city. Thus, no significant influx of people is envisaged.
1.29 Introduction of alien species? No The landscaping will be carried out with mainly local species with a few ornamental varieties of flora that are well suited to the local conditions.

This will effectively restrict the reproduction and growth of disease vectors.

Yes Socio-economic standard of people will improved due to increased direct or indirect employment opportunities provided by this project. This will be continued in the further construction phase and afterwards also which lead to better quality of life and will also set a standard for future developments in the area.
