The area has not recorded any major natural disaster. The site is located at higher level and floods in river Narmada during monsoon do not flush the area. This area is having moderate rainfall and there is no history of cloudburst. The land is plain terrain – no scope of landslide. The buildings are designed considering seismic zone III which is not highly earthquake prone area.
