D.G sets will be used as standby during the power failure. In addition to this air pollutants like CO, CO2 and NO2 are anticipated from vehicles during construction and operation phases. Regular maintenance of vehicles will be minimized vehicular emissions. However they will keep below the emission limits as per the CPCB guidelines.

The materials will covered by tarpaulin to avoid fugitive emissions, while transporting of materials. Transport roads are monitored by regular water sprinkling to avoid dust emissions.
5.4 Emissions from construction activities including plant and equipment Yes Dust will be generated during excavation, drilling, loading and unloading. To suppress the dust, proper maintained drilling machines will be used. Water sprinklers will be provided to avoid dust emissions.

In the areas where noise levels are very high, ear muffs and plugs will be provided to workers. However these noise levels are restricted only during construction phase and temporary.
