4.1 Spoil, overburden or mine wastes Yes The proposed project produces excavated soil including surface soil during construction phase. Surface soil that is quite fertile will be stored for green belt development and subsoil generated will be used for low lying areas in the complex and if any excess, it will be dumped only after due permission from local authorities. Also since it’s not a mining project, it does not involve any mine wastes

2.NAThe EDS reply does not clarify the queries raised through earlier EDS. Hence please clarify the following points: 1) What is the status of remaining 13.19 acres of land for EC was not obtained by M/s. JRIL? 2) Please submit an undertaking that the M/s. JR lspat Limited will not be a part of the proposed Industrial Estate and shall not be allowed to use the facilities and infrastructure therein. 3) Please submit an undertaking that no construction activity has been taken up within the proposed Industrial Estate. 4) Please submit the copy of fresh official letter written by APIIC Limited to M/s. JR Ispat Limited for taking necessary amendments in EC application as mentioned in point no. 2 above. 10 Apr 2019

4.NAPlease provide following clarifications: 1. There is discrepancy in area allotted to JR Ispat Limited and land handed over by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh to APIIC Limited. Please provide factual information whether it is 400 acres or 413.19 acres. 2. Letter written by Chairman APIIC Limited (Attachment 3 of EDS reply) does not bear any date and signature. 3. How can JR IStat Limited can continue using facilities of industrial estate without increasing resource consumption and pollution load? If JR Ispat Limited continues using the facilities and infrastructure of proposed industrial estate then exclusion or inclusion of the JR Ispat Limited will not make any difference. Please clarify in this regard. 3. In place of submitting attachment 5 (copy of email letter to the Ministry), please submit the official letter written by APIIC Limited to JR Ispat Limited for taking necessary amendments in EC application. 02 Apr 2019

6.NAPlease submit the following information: 1. Govt. Notification regarding inclusion as well as exclusion of M/s Jai Raj Ispat Ltd. (JRIL) in the earlier proposed industrial estate. 2.Land deleted regarding earlier proposal no. IA/AP/NCP/76057/2018 3.Layout plan of earlier proposed industrial estate and revised industrial estate showing the position of M/s JRIL 4. Whether the exclusion of M/s JRIL was informed to MoEF&CC, if yes, please provide copy of the same. 14 Mar 2019
