1.1 Permanent or temporary change in land use, land cover or topography including increase in intensity of land use (with respect to local land use plan) No The proposed project site is located within the existing premises of RINL at Visakhapatnam.Presently, the proposed site is unutilised and is meant for new facilities of RINL. There will be no change in land use, land cover or topography as these facilities would be set up within this earmarked land of RINL. The present land use form of ‘Industrial land’ will remain unaltered.
