Land). There will be a permanent change in the land use and topography for the construction of the proposed Regasified Natural Gas based power plant of 50 MW.

However, clearance of existing land cover shall be required as per the requirement for grading/levelling for the project site to construct power plant and associated utility and infrastructure facilities. 1.3 Creation of new land uses? Yes The proposed project site is a Government land & is under physical possession of A&N Administration. The proposed site will be converted to industrial use.
1.4 Pre-construction investigations e.g. bore houses, soil testing? Yes Pre-construction activity like Topography Survey, Geo-Technical Investigation etc. has been already carried out by M/s Petronet LNG Ltd at the proposed site. However, NVVN has requested A&N administration to hand over the report for these studies.
