The EAC, after deliberations and taking note of the compliance report dated 16th January, 2018 from the Regional Office, Nagpur, insisted for the required information in respect of all their observations, to be necessarily submitted by the project proponent. The Committee opined that the proposal in its present form, was not worth to be taken forward and was, therefore, deferred.

ADS Letter
This has reference to 34th EAC meeting held on 26th February 2018. During same our proposal for expansion through capacity utilization of existing Bulk Drugs and Intermediates manufacturing unit - Smruthi Organics Ltd. (SOL) - was considered for grant of Environmental Clearance. During meeting, it was directed by EAC to submit information in respect of all the observations in RO; MoEFCC Nagpur report dated 16.01.2018. Also, ADS were sought by MS regarding same on 08.03.2018. In accordance with this, attached herewith complete Compliance report for observations by RO in letter dated 16.01.2018. This compliance report is also submitted to RO by mail & courier on 04.10.2018.
