7.	NA	(iii). The Committee in its earlier meeting observed that the Bassi WLS is falling within 10 kms, the PP was required to obtain NBWL in 2009, however, till date the PP has not obtained NBWL. PP had submitted NBWL clearance application vide proposal no.- FP/RJ/MIN/656/2016 on 04.04.2016. Hence, the NBWL clearance matter may be referred to concerned division in MoEFCC as well as State Wildlife Department for taking necessary action under applicable provisions. The Committee deliberated the proposal and based on the information submitted by PP, the Committee deferred the proposal and the Proposal may be considered only after examination of the issues w.r.t. the judgment dated 02.08.2017 of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Common Cause Vs Union of India & Others and comments of NBWL D	07 May 2018
