2.	ADS Letter	The EAC (Industry-I) in its 19th meeting held during 08-09 Jun 2017 (Agenda 19.7) has recommended the proposal of Screening cum Beneficiation Plant - II at Donimalai of NMDC for grant of EC (Category A proposal) after receipt of Stage-I FC. Stage-I FC has been accorded on 06.03.2023 by MoEFCC. The baseline data in EIA-EMP report submitted for appraisal in 2016 has now become >3 years old. As per MoEFCC's OM dated 19.06.2014 para 4.(iii) fresh baseline data collected during Summer season 2023. The EIA report has been updated with fresh baseline data and other relevant information. However, as per MoEFCC's Notification S.O. 1886(E) dated 20.04.2022, all Mineral Beneficiation projects are re-categorized as 'Category-B'. The EIA-EMP report (June 2023) is uploaded along with covering letter for kind perusal of MoEFCC for grant of EC.	29 Jun 2023
