2.	ADS Letter	Dear Sir, We are hereby submitting point-wise reply, based on the MoM of the EAC meeting of 27th October 2016. We hope that the project would be appraised in the upcoming EAC meeting in December 2016 and our project can be granted EC. We request you to fast track the project in lieu of the project been already recommended by EAC on Non-Coal Mining as earlier this was part of a mining proposal.	13 Dec 2016
3.	NA	After detailed deliberation, it has been observed by the Committee that the ambient air quality of the area, especially the PM10 levels have already crossed the permissible limits. Therefore, the PP has to conduct a study for ‘post measures AAQ assessment’. The proposal shall be further considered once the detailed analysis of the present scenario vis-a-vis measures proposed to control the emissions generated from the project are worked out and presented before the committee along with the detailed EMP report. The PP will also provide the following information to be considered by the EAC for appraisal of the project. a) A report from the MNIT, Allahabad about the feasibility of use of clay waste generated from the beneficiation plant, as building material. b) Estimates of total length	10 Jan 2017
