1.	NA	The proposal was discussed at length by the committee. However, the project proponent was unable to provide information regarding a number of issues. Therefore the following additional Information was felt necessary for taking a view on the proposal. i. The site plan given was not to the scale. Since the area of the site is small, it was not possible to understand the degree of congestion that would be created after the larger induction furnaces and allied system would be put in place. So the project proponent was asked to provide a to-the-scale plot plan clearly indicating internal paths, green belt, parking area, raw material storage area and fire and safety plan and its area in hectare. ii.
