The Notification dated 27.03.2020 is only for API not for intermediates. If the proposal is for API & Intermediate, please apply for TOR. Please check your proposal once again. (ii) This is an expansion proposal accordingly, the PP shall submit the certified compliance report to the conditions of CTO from the SPCB. (iii) All old CTOs to be uploaded to verify the violation, if any done by PP. (iv) Details of earlier production capacity needs to be authenticated and uploaded to check the violation, if any. (v) It is mentioned that the processing of EC proposal, in the Ministry, is through Parivesh Portal only, therefore providing the requisite information/documents shall be submitted.
