5.1 Emissions from combustion of fossil fuels from stationary or mobile sources Yes The air pollution is mainly from emissions of air pollutants from the boiler stacks and DG set. DG SET will be used as a stand-by source of electricity. Cyclone dust collector is proposed to combat the emissions from the boilers before releasing into atmosphere through a stack. Very little emission from fugitive sources is also predicted.

6.1 From operation of equipment e.g. engines, ventilation plant, crushers Yes The probable sources of noise shall be Boiler, centrifuge, cooling tower, compressor etc. Proper acoustic treatments would be provided to keep the ambient noise levels below the permissible limits as per CPCB standards. Expected noise levels in the section will be about 72 dB (A). All preventive measures such as regular O& M of pumps, motors, and compressors will be carried out and enclosures will be provided to control noise levels at source.

7.1 From handling, storage, use or spillage of hazardous materials Yes There is no risk of contamination of land or water as handling will be on impervious surfaces. Any accidental spillages will be leading to ETP. Precaution will be taken while loading, unloading. MSDS will be followed. Training for workers will be given for handling of hazardous materials. PPE will be used.
7.2 From discharge of sewage or other effluents to water or the land (expected mode and place of discharge) No The proposed project is based on the concept of “Zero Effluent Discharge” hence no sewage or other effluent will be discharged outside the plant premises.

The air emissions will be controlled by providing adequate pollution control equipment. However, continuous online measurement of stack emissions quality will be done to assure the level of emission within the prescribed limit

It is also mentioned that after acceptance the Proposal, proposal can not be revise. Therefore, PP/Consultant is requested to kindly do needful accordingly.
