            Essential Detail Sought:

1.NAYour proposal is returned due to the following: Project falls under category B and ToR was accorded by SEIAA – Chhattisgarh on 06/12/2018. Now the PP has submitted the proposal to MoEF&CC stating that project site falls within the 5km radius of the Raipur critically polluted area and requested to consider the proposal at central level as per the MoEF&CC O.M. dated 31/10/2019. However, the relevant file along with the requisite documents have not been sent to the MoEF&CC through PARIVESH by SEIAA. In view of the above, PP is hereby requested to approach SEIAA –Chhattisgarh with a request to transfer the proposal to MoEF&CC through PARIVESH for consideration. An email is also being separately sent to SEIAA. 17 Aug 2020
2.NAThe correction have been made as per the instruction received 09 Sep 2020
3.NASEIAA shall be requested to transfer the file through PARIVESH with the help of NIC team. Shortly an email will also be sent to SEIAA in this regard. 18 Sep 2020
