Project falls under category B and ToR was accorded by SEIAA – Chhattisgarh on 06/12/2018. Now the PP has submitted the proposal to MoEF&CC stating that project site falls within the 5km radius of the Raipur critically polluted area and requested to consider the proposal at central level as per the MoEF&CC O.M. dated 31/10/2019. However, the relevant file along with the requisite documents have not been sent to the MoEF&CC through PARIVESH by SEIAA.
In view of the above, PP is hereby requested to approach SEIAA –Chhattisgarh with a request to transfer the proposal to MoEF&CC through PARIVESH for consideration.
