It is requested to provide the documents at the earliest to enable this Ministry in taking further course of action	02 Aug 2017
2.	ADS Letter	We are in receipt of your above referred letter dated. 27.07.2017, regarding submission of EIA report, CRZ map covering 7 km radius etc. as per para no. 4.2 of the CRZ notification 2011 Enclosing herewith the EIA report and CRZ Map covering 7 km radius in the same file for your kind perusal. Our above referred project was considered in 157th EAC Meeting held on 29.03.2016. As per the Minutes of 157th EAC Meeting our project was recommended for grant of CRZ Clearance. Sir, ours being a redevelopment of Educational Institute we request you to grant the CRZ Clearance. In absence of the CRZ Clearance the redevelopment of college building is getting delayed in convenience the students. We therefore request you to issue the CRZ Clearance at the earliest	13 Sep 2017
