As per the covering note for your above-mentioned application, the MOEFCC has been requested for grant of TOR. However, the EIA report for the projects uploaded along with other documents indicate that your application may be for grant of Environmental Clearance (EC). Please be careful while filing the application in near future and in respect of present application please take corrective action as per your intent of filing the application. II. Except Public Notice, no other details for conduct of Public Hearing could be found along with your application. Please submit the application along with documentary evidences towards compliance of all conditions mentioned in concerned TOR letter, in case you intend to seek EC. III. As desired by the Government of NCT of Delhi, Biomedical and E-waste management facilities being proposed as part of the proposed TSDF Facility may be excluded from the revised EIA/EMP Report.
