2.NAProposal is returned due to the following shortcomings: i. Ground water withdrawal permission may be submitted. ii. Occupational Risk assessment is inadequate. Accidental releases were not envisaged and corresponding risk was not assessed. iii. Risk Assessment for containment failure of HSD tank and related safety features /procedures as per OISD guidelines. iv.
