3.NAThis has reference to your reply dated 12.06.2020 to the MoEFCC’ s EDS dated 05.06.2020 regarding your proposal/application No. IA/DL/NCP/153857/2020, Dated 26th May, 2020. Your reply dated 12.06.2020 has since been examined. It is observed that discrepancies highlighted in the EDS dated 05.06.2020 by the Ministry have not been addressed in their totality. The details are as under: I. The PP was requested to provide signed copy of Application-FORM-1. However, signed Application- Form-1 has not been submitted along with your reply dated 12.06.2020. Please provide the same. II. PP was also requested to remove inconsistencies in data given in FORM-1 & Conceptual Plan and the data provided in FORM-2 e.g. percentage of green area, unit of Distance of Nearest HFL from the project boundary within the study area; unit of Maximum Elevation Above Means Sea Level (AMSL), incomplete Raw Material / Fuel Profile, etc. It is once again requested to edit relevant fields of Application- Form 2 filled by you in the portal. III. It was requested to submit Application- FORM-1A. The same has been received along with reply dated 12.06.2020. On perusal of the FORM-1A, it is noted that at SI No 10 of Form-1A, provides, “Environment Management Plan” is separately attached”. However, no attachment pertaining to Environment Management Plan could be found along with reply dated 12.06.2020. Please upload/provide copy of EMP.
