NA	(i) This is Category B Project so kindly apply to SEIAA (ii) PP has got EC from 60 KLPD to 70 KLPD on 9th July 2018 from Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, however compliance report from RO MoEFCC is fully non-complied. (iii) Details of all ECs needs to be uploaded. Prima-facia it appears that the main EC is under provisions of EIA Notification, 1994, then taken 2nd EC in 2018 under 7(ii) clause. Please provide all the details so that the same may be examined. (iv) All old CTOs not uploaded to verify the violation, if any done by PP. (v) Details of earlier production capacity needs to be authenticated and uploaded to check the violation, if any. (vi) Details of Raw material and its linkage and its mitigation measure during transportation needs to be submitted (13.1 of form 2) (vii) Details of approval of conservation plan for schedule I species needs to be uploaded. (viii) It is mentioned that the processing of EC proposal, in the Ministry, is through Parivesh Portal only, therefore providing the requisite information/documents shall be in compliance as per Form 2 and accordingly the PP/Consultant are kindly requested to revise the application in the Form 2 alongwith EIA/EMP Report and resubmit the same. The EIA/EMP Report shall match with the information as filled in Form 2 for further appraisal necessary action. It is also mentioned that after acceptance the Proposal, EIA/EMP report/Form 2 can not be revise. Therefore, PP/Consultant is requested to kindly do needful	27 May 2020
