EAC meeting took place on 09-12-2016. We are herewith submitting the reply for the clarifications raised by EAC and for the reminder to ADS issued to us on 14-08-2017

The EAC deliberated on the proposal and observed that the PP has submitted latest Certified Compliance report. The committee found the CCR satisfactory. However, the EAC was not satisfied with the site lay out plan. The EAC suggested to submit revised lay out plan with clear-cut demarcation of 10 meter wide green belt on all sides along the periphery of the project area. Selection of plant species shall be as per the CPCB guidelines. The committee also suggested to elaborate details about effluent treatment system, water consumption, etc. The EAC decided to defer the proposal till the additional information is submitted.
