1.	NA	An ADS letter No. 11-43/2016-IA.III(actual File No.11-43/2015-IA.III) dated 27th July, 2017 has already been issued with the request to provide the mandatory documents as per para no.4.2 of the CRZ notification, 2011 such as (i)EIA Report and Social Impact Assessment Report (ii) CRZ Map covering 7 Km radius etc (iii)Clearcut recommendation of the MCZMA. However, till date the same is still awaited. It is requested to provide the documents at the earliest to enable this Ministry in taking further course of action	02 Aug 2017
2.	ADS Letter	1.Renewable energy/Green Energy Project does not require EIA and social impact Assessment report as per EIA notification 2006. However Rapid EIA is attached as per CRZ 2011 notification. 2.CRZ Map covering 7 km radius is attached 3.The proposal was included before MCZMA 95th meeting held on dated 13th January 2015 and recommended for the same (minutes attached), however since as per the amended CRZ notification dated 28th November 2014, the activities which are not covered under EIA notification, 2006, are to be dealt at State level for CRZ clearance. Therefore MCZMA recommended the proposal and forwarded it to SEIAA. As per Para 4 (ii) (h) of CRZ Notification 2011,facilities for generating power by Non-Conventional Energy Resources shall require clearance from MoEF & CC .Therefore SEIAA forwarded the proposal to MoEF &CC for further necessary action in the matter(letter attached).	17 Oct 2017
