Reasons for suppressing the said information and control measures proposed by the project proponent as per the Ministry’s OM. Dated 31/10/2019 regarding consideration of proposals in CEPI area shall be incorporated in the EIA report and submitted.
ix. In s.no. 32, kindly furnish the time bound action plan for green belt development covering 33% of the 36.43 ha with appropriate layout.
EIA report
i. Undertaking by the project proponent owning the contents of the EIA report shall be furnished as per the QCI/NABET requirements.
ii. Page numbering for the figures as well as Annexures mentioned in the EIA report shall be incorporated.
iii. The project is located in Durgapur which is CEPI area having score of 65.56. Reasons for suppressing the said information in the EIA report and control measures proposed by the project proponent as per the Ministry’s OM. Dated 31/10/2019 regarding consideration of proposals in CEPI area shall be incorporated in the EIA report and same shall be submitted.
iv. In chapter 2, the details of Top Recovery Turbine on Blast furnace shall be furnished.
v. In chapter 2, water balance submitted is not visible. Further, material balance of the 0.6 MTPA shall be furnished.
vi. In chapter 3, the source for presence of poly aromatic hydrocarbons and other metals in the ambient air shall be furnished.
vii. In chapter 4, AAQ modeling isopleths may be superimposed on topo map with wind rose diagram and the receptor details shall be provided.
viii. In chapter 4, kindly furnish the time bound action plan for green belt development covering 33% of the 36.43 ha with appropriate layout.
