1.	NA	The Project was listed in 151st meeting of EAC and the EAC asked the PP to submit the coordinates of the proposed berths C & D duly served by Kandla Port Trust to freeze the locations of the berths. The Committee also asked the PP to submit copy of letter of 6th February, 2014 in respect of Oil Spill Disaster Contingency Plan submitted by M/s Essar Ports to Coast Guard authority to clarify that the Oil Spill Disaster Contingency Plan covers all the four berths (A, B, C & D). The recommendation for grant of EC would also be taken up in the next hearing, and as such, the Committee decided to defer the proposal. Kindly submit the requisite documents/additional information as sought by EAC.	29 Sep 2015
2. 4.	ADS Letter	The State Eco-sensitive Zone Monitoring Committee (SESZMC) of Gujarat Govt has accorded their recommendations on 08-06-2016 for the proposed connecting trestle portion of VOTL C&D Berth . As per the proposal , that approach trestle portion ( Pipelines carriageway) for the C&D berths are coming in the ESZ of Marine national park. Accordingly , SESZMC considered our proposal and issued their recommendations vide letter dt:08-06-2016. Copy submitted	22 Jun 2016
