1. | NA | (i) This is an expansion proposal accordingly. The RO MoEFCC in its Report mentioned certain non-compliances. However PP has not uploaded the completion of non-compliances. PP shall submit the report and revised the Form 2 (S.No 9 of Form 2 has to revised and uploaded),
(ii) PP submitted the baseline data for the months ie. From November To January, However it should be either October-December or Dec-Feb or March-May).
(iii) Details (S.No. 18.1 at Form 2) w.r.t. Air Quality Impact Prediction needs to checked. How incremental GLC for most of the parameters are same as 2.75. Please check again.
(iv) As per information submitted by PP, they have submitted application to CGWA in 2017, however the approval of water has not granted yet. PP mentioned that they have their own borewell. Please clarify how PP is operating an Unit with out approval of water.
(v) As per s.no. 28 of form 2, Schedule I species reported NIL. Please check again for the presence of Schedule I Species. If yes species specific conservation plan needs to be prepared and submitted to CWLW for their approval.
(vi) Details of Raw material and its linkage and its mitigation measure during transportation needs to be submitted (13.1 of form 2)
(vii) As per Form 2 (S.No. 20) Land Ownership Pattern reported is 50.58 ha, however Present Land Use Breakup of the Study Area is reported 50.58ha, how it is possible. Kindly check the data and revise the form 2 accordingly.
