2.NAWhile processing the proposal, data available in the Form-1/ Form-1A and Conceptual Plan has been checked with the data presented before the EAC. It is found that there are variations in the features/ parameters that has been presented to EAC from the features/ parameters provided in your application i.e. Form-1/ Form-1A and Conceptual Plan. For example data related Plot Area, Power backup- Nos of DG/GG Sets, Parking (ECS), etc. In view of the above, the Competent Authority in MoEFCC has directed to request PP to resubmit the FORM-1/1A, FORM 2 and Conceptual Plan so that these FORMS/Plan become consistent with data presented before EAC in 50th Meeting and as recorded in the minutes. Early action at your end is solicited so as to expedite process for clearance to the proposed project/ activities. 29 May 2020
