1.NA(i) This is an expansion proposal and PP has not uploaded certified compliance report from SPCB (S.No 9 of Form 2 has to revised and uploaded). (ii) All old CTOs not uploaded to verify the violation, if any done by PP. Please revise the form 2 at S.No. 9.1. On examination it is noted that PP has uploaded blank page in place of all CTOs. (iii) Details of earlier production capacity needs to be uploaded to check the violation, if any. (iv) The site is CPA, However, PP has not submitted the compliance Report as per the Ministry’s office memorandum 31st October, 2019 regarding projects located in Critically Polluted Area. (v) As per s.no. 28 of form 2, Schedule I species reported. But the approval or submission of conservation plan to CWLW State Govt. has not been submitted/uploaded. Details of approval regarding to conservation plan needs to be uploaded. (vi) PP submitted application in August 2020, however covering letter uploaded of January 2020. (vii) Membership of TSDF, if any please upload on portal (viii) Air Quality Impact Prediction mentioned (18.1 of form 2) is inadequate kindly check and correct it accordingly. Reasons for high PM and its Mitigation measures needs to be uploaded/submitted. PP submitted the greenbelt only for 14 percentage. Please revise the application. (x) PP submitted complete discharge of waste water. There is ‘O’ reuse of water. Effluent treatment mechanism with plan for Zero Liquid Discharge for the complete plant (existing and proposed) needs to be submitted. (xi) It is mentioned that the processing of EC proposal, in the Ministry, is through Parivesh Portal only, therefore providing the requisite information/documents shall be in compliance as per Form 2 and accordingly the PP/Consultant are kindly requested to revise the application in the Form 2 alongwith EIA/EMP Report and resubmit the same. The EIA/EMP Report shall match with the information as filled in Form 2 for further appraisal necessary action. It is also mentioned that after acceptance the Proposal, EIA/EMP report/Form 2 can not be revise. Therefore, PP/Consultant is requested to kindly do needful. 09 Oct 2020
